TENAX RADIX

TENAX Radix is a bi-oriented, lightweight, yet strong sod netting manufactured from polypropylene.

It is highly resistant to chemical agents, pesticides, and bacteria and is supplied in a range of widths up to 5.85 m.

Simple to apply using agricultural equipment, TENAX Radix is laid on the ground just after seeding to encourage the growth and reinforcement of turf grass.

Its extra wide rolls (up to 5.85 m) make it easier for large areas to be covered quickly, reducing the time taken to lay the net.

Less overlaps are required resulting in lower labor costs and a more even installation.

The particular net structure allows the grass root mass to intertwine with the mesh apertures to create a uniform mat, allowing harvesting to take place earlier and to be carried out more efficiently with less damage during transportation.

Waste is also reduced by significantly reducing the number of broken sods, even when using seeds with creeping roots (ex. Poa Pratensis, Festuca Rubra, Lolium Perenne, Agrostis Palustris).

This is because TENAX RADIX helps hold the sod together even in particularly sandy soils.
